Dream homes, fresh design inspiration, and the latest building trends are all coming back to Green Country as the annual Tulsa Parade of Homes returns June 13–21, 2026. Hosted by the Home Builders Association of Greater Tulsa, the free event gives visitors the chance to tour more than 100 newly built homes across the Tulsa metro area.

From modern farmhouse styles and luxury custom builds to family-friendly layouts and smart home technology, the Parade of Homes showcases a wide variety of homes built by some of the area’s top builders. Featured homes range from around $250,000 to more than $1 million and can be found throughout communities including Tulsa, Broken Arrow, Bixby, Jenks, Owasso, Sapulpa, Collinsville, Coweta and more.

The event runs daily from 1 p.m. to 7 p.m., and admission is completely free. Visitors can explore the newest trends in home design, interior finishes, outdoor living spaces, energy-efficient features and innovative floor plans while speaking directly with builders and representatives at each home.

Several featured subdivisions across Green Country will also host special Twilight Tour nights with extended evening hours, giveaways, food and additional activities. This year’s featured Twilight Tour communities include Whispering Lane in Bixby, Forest Ridge in Broken Arrow, The Fountains in Bixby and Stone Canyon in Owasso.

To help visitors navigate the event, organizers encourage attendees to download the official Greater Tulsa Parade of Homes mobile app, which includes maps, directions, floor plans and photo galleries for participating homes. Printed guidebooks will also be available at Tulsa-area QuikTrip locations beginning June 13.

Whether you are actively house hunting, planning a remodel, or simply looking for inspiration, the Tulsa Parade of Homes offers a unique look at the latest in Oklahoma home design and construction.
