Tulsa Health Department map shows COVID-19 cases by zip code in Tulsa County

TULSA, Okla. — The Tulsa Health Department announced Monday its launch of a map system to track the severity of COVID-19 in Tulsa County by zip codes.

The new map tracks the daily active COVID-19 case rate per 1,000 residents and is updated on a weekly basis.

The map features a color-coded ranking to show the risk level -- low, moderate or severe -- of COVID-19 in a given zip code.

A grey-colored zip code represents an area that the Tulsa Health Department isn’t reporting exact case numbers from as Dr. Bruce Dart says the population is too small and would risk violating HIPAA laws.
